25 Francs, 28-10-1954, B122n/P38, UNC PMG-65 EPQ, scarce transitional issue.

Notes of this type with this date only were printed first with a 5-digit series indicator (Q.12783 in this case) and later with a 3-digit series indicator. Both are elusive, especially in pristine condition, but the 5-digit variety seems to be somewhat scarcer than the 3-digit.
